Trellis Netting can be a huge advantage for growers. You can support plants in their natural form or use it to train them to maximize yields.
Trellis your garden and crops for big gains: higher yields, faster harvest, and improved quality.

Why you need a trellis netting in a grow tent?

With a traditional setup, the lower each bud is on the plant, the less light those buds get.
The scrog process is done by dividing, or breaking down the main branches, in conjunction with raising all the lower bud up.
Each knot can slide in any direction to accommodate your plants as they grow.
Use trellis netting to maximize the footprint of your light.
Important: In Scrog, the screen should not be more than 8″ above the base of the plant. Instead of letting plants grow tall, you must use tucking to “fill in” your screen during the flowering stretch.

Which size of the trellis net can fit your grow tent?

First, you need to measure the length and width of your grow tent. Then find the trellis size fit your grow tent.

For example (e.g.), if you have a 80x80x160cm grow tent, so you need a 5x5 25grids trellis net.

Size of each small grid: 10x10cm
Maximum extension of each small grid: 20x20cm

We recommend using 2 nets in a grow tent, one for branching and one for supporting the buds.

Lower netting helps train and spread out plants, upper netting helps support in flower.

How to use the 2 layer stretchable trellis netting?

*Vegetative*
You want to start early in Veg to start shaping your plants and get as many tops as possible so as soon as you can start topping your plant and lollipopping, thinning the underside.

When you're ready to put into your scrog. Pull down your lower net (4" mesh net) so it's firmly on top of your plant canopy, pulling out branches and bending branches as needed.

*Flowering*
When you have your screen nearly full...

now is the time to maybe switch it into flowering.

Add your 2nd layer to help support flowers and fruits.

What is ScrOG?

"ScrOG" (Screen of Green) involves applying a trellis net or nylon mesh over the top of the plants while they are young, and later tying them down to the mesh. The idea is to allow the lower buds to reach the light, thus creating a level canopy and achieving higher yields as a result.

What is LST?

(Low Stress Training) is a technique to gently bend young plant branches, and tie them down as they grow outwards and then upwards. This naturally creates multiple bud sites and allows far bigger yields indoors.

What is HST?

(High Stress Training, aka "supercropping") is slightly damaging the inner tissue of an older branch (that is still pliable) in order to bend it without visible damage. This achieves a level canopy and higher T_H-C production.
